Troubleshooting
The portfolio and demo courses are fully functional on any web browser (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Mozilla, Internet Explorer). The only case where the above content does not function properly is when accessed through Internet Explorer when fonts have been disabled (fonts are enabled on Internet Explorer by default).
If you have encountered this issue, you can enable fonts by following the instructions below:
1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the gear icon on the top right corner of the browser. Click on “Internet Options,” which will appear second from the bottom of the list.
2. In the dialogue window, select the “Security” tab, next to “General” and Click on the “Custom Level” option.
3. You will be given a new dialogue window. Scroll down until you find the “Downloads” section and within that section, find the “Download Fonts” subsection. To enable Font Downloads, click on the “Enable” option.
